The session is hosted by a property professional, Chartered Surveyor and Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) with over 25 years of experience, but the focus is not on lecturing — it’s on conversation, exchange of ideas, and exploring real partnership possibilities.

Rather than a fixed agenda, we’ll naturally cover topics like:

• How people actually get started in UK property
• Different ways to be involved — with or without capital
• Real-life partnership models (operational, referral, capital, or mixed roles)
• How deals are structured and how people collaborate
• What’s happening in the market and where opportunities may exist

Most importantly, we’ll explore how a group of like-minded people might work together going forward.

At our event, we introduce and discuss new real estate partnership opportunities, settings, and practical ways professionals from different backgrounds can potentially work together as genuine partners through legally structured UK partnerships (LLPs) on future real estate projects and opportunities.
