Join our Referral Partner (Affiliate) Program! Invite your circle, clients, employers, partners, or any related businesses to join our capital partner network and earn a commission on every successful step completed through your referral (T&Cs apply). Register today and start earning!
Please read the important information below on how to become our affiliate partner, including details on the commission structure. Additionally, be sure to review the Affiliate Partner Agreement and Terms available on our legal documentation page.
* Please note that registration on this platform is by invitation only, requiring the insertion of a unique INVITATION TRACKING CODE in the registration form. Typically, this code is the last word or ID number at the end of the referral link you may have received from the person who referred you. However, if you have already opened the referral link in your browser or clicked on it directly, the field at the end of the form for the Invitation Tracking Code will not appear. This is because the system has already captured the code and applied the referral link automatically. (If you haven’t received an invitation tracking code from anyone else and would still like to register here, we invite you to use our code: partnerships)
HOW TO BECOME AND BE OUR AFFILIATE PARTNER
Join Our Referral Partner (Affiliate) Network
Referral Partner (also used interchangeably with Affiliate) refers to a third party who refers potential clients and receives a referral fee, without having the authority to advise, negotiate, or bind the Company.
Our Referral Partner (Affiliate) Program allows trusted professionals and referrers to refer qualified investors or co-developers to our secure platform. Every opportunity shared through this programme is professionally reviewed and appraised by an RICS Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) to ensure factual accuracy, transparency, and professional integrity.
This program rewards compliant referrals — not investment advice or solicitation — and operates strictly within the communication boundaries defined by the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Who Can Join
We welcome affiliates who operate professionally and ethically, including:
– Organizations or their employees
– Freelancers or independent contractors
– Property professionals, consultants, and introducers with investor or developer networks
– Wealth managers, accountants, lawyers, or financial professionals introducing clients under FCA exemptions
– Estate agents, brokers, and sourcing agents familiar with UK property markets
– Family offices, institutions, and intermediaries acting within FSMA exemptions or outside the UK under Regulation S
– U.S. broker-dealers licensed by FINRA who are permitted to refer Accredited Investors under SEC Regulation D (Rule 501)
All affiliates must act strictly within the compliance and marketing guidelines provided, ensuring that only pre-approved factual materials are shared.
