Option 4*: “Event Marketing Partner” Attendee. Free participation and accommodation (excluding airfare and transportation to and from the airport) are available in this option as part of our “Event Marketing Partner” Program – please click here to explore further. For every 10 spaces booked and paid for (or made on your behalf due to your referral) for a particular event and the above options (1, 2, 3), you can come free with that group of participants. Further, book and pay for 20 people, bring another person for free, and so on and so forth! For example, that group of participants can be either your company or employer with colleagues, a client, or your circle of friends. You can even have a free accommodation by referring or booking spaces for participants in the above Options 1 and 2. Once you have successfully gathered a group of 10 or more potential attendees and have made bookings under Options 1, 2, or 3 mentioned above, kindly inform us. We will then verify the details and provide you with the appropriate complimentary access to our event.

Option 5*: Event Sponsor Attendee. Event sponsor attendees enjoy a range of options and benefits. They receive valuable brand exposure through logo placement and promotion, gain access to exclusive networking opportunities, and target marketing to their desired audience. Event sponsors have the chance to present their case studies and windows of opportunity to all participants, making it a win-win situation for everyone involved. Sponsors will have speaking engagements or panel participation to position themselves as industry experts, and they can generate leads by accessing attendee contact information. They also have opportunities for product or service showcases, media coverage, and special hospitality perks –  they can bring their teams and invite guests to each weekly changing place, enhancing their overall event experience and providing valuable exposure for their brand. *Prices for Options 1 and 2 are published as all-inclusive fees. None of the options include airfare and transportation to or from the airport. If the payment is received before the ‘Early Bird’ period ends (see date below), the full ticket prices are available with a discount. Be sure to take advantage by booking and paying in advance before the expiration of the early bird deal.

**You will pay only 5% of the event fee as a deposit. The rest of the event fee must be paid within seven (7) calendar days after the date we confirm your placement, as we instruct you. Please note that the initial event fee per person is based on the current hotel rates and associated event costs. However, if the hotel rates and other costs increase, we reserve the right to apply a 10% contingency fee. Should this contingency fee exceed 10% of the final due payment stated above, we will contact you for further approval before booking hotels and venues in the host country.

1. Pre-book your space by selecting the event, attending options, number of attendees/tickets and pay the appropriate deposit specified via the secure online payment ticket forms shown here.

2. Once the pre-booking deposit payment is received, the attendees will receive a booking confirmation with instructions showing how to pay the balance of the ticket, which is due within one week, to be transferred and received in our account.

3. The final event confirmation with actual booked venue, hotel/accommodation and adjusted schedule details will be sent once we receive the full ticket payments. Please take into consideration that the current event and meeting details listed here are all preliminary and for general information only – the hotel/accommodation and the venue with planning activities and fees can be subject to change depending on the ultimate number of participants and service provider acceptances.
