Strategy

The Group’s strategy is to run a value driven model, generating sustainable and growing distributable earnings for investors and shareholders by acquiring, developing and operating residential and commercial properties, including retail, office, industrial, logistics and hotel assets internationally. The group aims to share all of its distributable earnings regularly, with distribution of capital and other profits at the exit or sale of properties. The targeted annualised return for our investment partners is forecasted in excess of 10%.

Structurally and market-wide, our Partnership Group acquires, develops and operates residential and commercial properties including retail, office, industrial, logistics, hotel and multifamily real estate assets in Europe, Americas, Middle East, Australia, Asia and other countries of interest to our partners world-wide.

Team

We’re backed by a team of talented and eager people. Our team is committed to delivering innovative real estate services, financing and investment solutions in a unique and collaborative environment. The Group consists of a number of partnerships, joint ventures and segregated legal entities which owns each property respectively. Members, partners and shareholders have day-to-day control over the management of the assets carried out by each separate company’s directors.

Our team of experienced professionals has a deep understanding of both private equity and real estate, allowing us to identify and execute on investment opportunities that others may overlook. We leverage our expertise to structure deals that maximize returns while minimizing risk, and we work closely with our partners to ensure that investments are managed effectively throughout the investment lifecycle.
