The Group’s strategy is to run a value driven model, generating sustainable and growing distributable earnings for investors and shareholders by acquiring, developing and operating residential and commercial properties, including retail, office, industrial, logistics and hotel assets internationally. The group aims to share all of its distributable earnings regularly, with distribution of capital and other profits at the exit or sale of properties. The targeted annualised return for our investment partners is forecasted in excess of 10%.
