Land and Development Sites

We have an ongoing requirement for commercial, residential, and mixed-use development land or buildings for disposal, with the following characteristics:

 

– Greenfield or brownfield land, over 0.5 acres

– Vacant buildings or existing commercial buildings with residential potential, of any size

– Real estate residential, commercial, or mixed-use schemes with a minimum of 5 units (ideal size: 8-100 residential units, with possible ground-floor commercial units)

– Up-and-coming locations with above-average house price inflation potential, and close proximity to transport infrastructure and planned upgrades

– Sites with or without planning consent where value can be added through planning gain

– Sites that can deliver spacious retail spaces, hotels, senior housing/care homes, warehouse/storage facilities, and residential properties

– In the UK: Focus on Greater London Borough zones and South-East locations
